I can't say enough good things about these doctors. Rather than the standard, "take a pain pill / muscle relaxer" method, these doctors offer a better way: active release therapy plus a host of other options (dry needling, laser therapy, cupping) to aid in the healing process, rather than masking the pain with drugs. In addition to their excellent skills, they truly care about their patients, taking time to listen. Their office staff is amazing as well. Highly recommended!
Emily really listened to the problems I was experiencing and came up with a plan to take care of my pain. Upon arriving I was having a hard time walking standing straight up, when I left, I was in remarkably less pain and could walk straight up without the pain I had coming in. She did a great job of using multiple methods to address my back pain. I will definitely go see her monthly to keep up on body maintenance!! Thank you Emily!!!
I've been seeing Dr Kendal for 4 or 5 years. She listens, she remembers(!), she takes the time to assess what the real problem is, and she refines her treatment based on real-time feedback. I appreciate her adjustments, but I go to her primarily for Active Release Therapy and for her exercise and posture suggestions.
Dr. Emily Rains is amazing! She listens and doesn’t do more than she needs to and has been a godsend on helping loosening my adductor after 10 years of living with constant tightness. Love the dry needling, cupping, and adjustments. I will keep coming back to this facility because of the care I receive.
