I think Dr. Kendall does a great job and I’ve been a loyal patient since 2019. However, they supposedly have this crazy policy that if a patient has any past due invoices and they go to collections you can never come back there. At no time was I informed of this policy. Now the back story. My son had seen Kendall in 2023 and the bill was $88. My wife had called at some point to take care of it, because it had slipped through the cracks.
