I had the "pleasure" of being treated by this doctor for a near-death asthma attack the other day. The notes to my visit noted I was "unkempt." Setting aside implications this may have on the homeless population, I'd like to extend my sincerest apologies to Dr. Abia and the Pennsylvania Hospital staff for not dressing up for the near-fatal asthma attack I had at home.
