ABI Construction charges a premium. If you expect quality, attention to detail, and the ability to stick to a schedule to accompany that premium, it won't happen. Throughout the project we noticed several things that were done incorrectly, likely a result of them cutting corners to improve their bottom line. If you end up using ABI, pay attention and review ALL their work. They probably bet on homeowners not noticing. Don't let them take advantage of you. TLDR review- very good, would recommend 3-part project on our 1954, 1500 sqf home: Roof: Low pitched shingle with a flat roof over an add-on. Replace old with new Windows: Replace 5 crank windows with new double sliders. Insulation: Add blown insulation to attic areas- approx. 900 sqf • Price – Among 5 varied estimates, ABI/Roofing was the 2nd most expensive. We needed the roof and contacted roof buddy to come and give estimate. They sent Samantha and I was surprised they sent female consultant and she impressed my family with the detailed and informative and how patient she was with my mom no pushy sales but helpful.
