NP has not a good expertise to handle the case.
Seems to have a lot of internal staff issues which heavily impacted my stability. When I stopped service due to these issues they were openly relieved instead of offering any further support.
I have never left an online review for any product/company ever, but I felt the responsibility to warn people of this place. They actively do not care at all. Do not go here for anything unless you feel like burning money.
The doctors here don't care. They are a business. If you are in crisis please go to the local ER and stear clear of this trap of a place. They will not help you. There is no care here. This is not what a mental health facility should be. This place should be shut down and it's doctors licenses removed.
I'm actually greatly surprised that this facility has a 4 star rating as I had a horrible experience with them. I went through the initial assessment process on a Friday and stressed a number of times during the conversation that I would be applying for FMLA so I could attend their program and I was assured they would be able to help with this process.
