This is a great dental office. Everyone is very polite and ready to help in any way. I always have great service and leave as a happy customer from start to finish. I have had cleanings and repairs and have never had a problem with either. I would recommend to anyone that I know to use their services.
First apt...sat for 50 minutes..30 past my apt time..was told I needed more medical info from family doctor. Got that info..second trip in went in 20 after apt time..then after xrays and measurements of my gums..she was gonna reschedule me.for my teeth cleaning... Poor service... wasn't satisfied...I'd never recommend or go back.. Dr walked in said two bridges...and only looked in my mouth at a glance. Unbelievable
The experience was not as terrible as I thought it was going to be. Oral surgery is seldom a fun activity. But everything went smoothly , painlessly and quickly. It actually went a lot faster than I thought it would. The doctor seems to really now what he is doing.
I appreciate Melissa being gentle with my cleaning. Due to receding gums, I am very sensitive. She didn't hurt me any!!
Very nice people I felt comfortable there
the person that administered numbing medicine (Alli?), didn't numb on the inside of my tooth that was being extracted; therefore, I experienced discomfort and had to wait for the additional injection to take effect before the extraction could be done. My appt was at noon; however, I had to wait almost an hour to be called and then more time waiting to be seen.
Everyone there has always been professional and polite. I've had two dentists there and they're both down to earth and friendly. They keep their appointments moving at a decent pace so you don't spend a lot of time in the waiting room. I hate going to the dentist but at least at ABG they do a good job and I thought their prices were pretty fair.
I was nervous about the procedure & the shots; the assistant & dentist did a wonderful job. I was comfortable & it was nearly painless.

I was seen within 20 minutes after checking in. However there's only one bathroom and over 5 people needed to use it at the same time. Maybe they need to invest in another restroom for client's to use.

Sorry you had to wait for the restroom. This does not happen very often. If in the future you have to wait, let us know and we will let you use the staff restroom.
