Failure to deliver pallet on time with excuses. Lack of caring and lack of communication. When I asked the man at the birmingham location (David Vest) why he took on the pallet if he could not deliver it in a timely manner he told me that he would just say that I refused the order and send it back to the seller because he was not going to deal with me. Extremely unprofessional business. Pro #221135651
Nice folks down there
ABF dropped off and picked up my relocubes from U-Pack. The driver was incredibly friendly and was able to drop the cubes in a difficult location that made it much, much easier for me to pack. They were also easy to reach by phone and were friendly and helpful.
