their staff is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were understanding and very helpful.
Don't bother asking about billing options while scheduling because they'll refuse to schedule you an appointment. I had one set already and I had ended up canceling the reason being that it was too expensive and im self pay. I have an injury insurance plan that requires proof of billing so I requested an invoice and as soon as I asked the lady starting arguing with me saying that she cant schedule the appointment until they speak with my insurance company but it doesn't work like that. Dr. Simmons and Carol are my favorite people. They really made my appointment so easy. I was super nervous but their rapport made it fun. As fun as a drs appt can be. Could not have asked for an easier appointment than the one I just had.
I went in to have a breast MRI. The staff was absolutely amazing, and they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. So kind, and also explained everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Staff does not even know how to read an X-ray or CT. I have had double major curve scoliosis since being a young teenager. I have regular scans and your “medical professionals” were so far from accurate in their report findings when the entire point of additional scans was more accuracy and learning as much as possible in detail. I was unable to do that thanks to your shoddy team.
