Staff does not even know how to read an X-ray or CT. I have had double major curve scoliosis since being a young teenager. I have regular scans and your “medical professionals” were so far from accurate in their report findings when the entire point of additional scans was more accuracy and learning as much as possible in detail. I was unable to do that thanks to your shoddy team. These guys are wonderful from the minute I got there receptionist was very nice and got in right away the staff are wonderful they explained everything they were doing I felt very comfortable I would definitely recommend this place wonderful experience from the time I got there until I left everyone was great
You’d have a better experience with the medical team in a prison than this place.
From being welcomed by Cathy to the diligent efforts to accommodate my special situation by Kella, I found Abercrombie Breast Center to be exceptionally caring, positive, and competent. I had always heard great things, but experiencing it for myself makes me very thankful to have such a top quality facility in Knoxville.
Not the fastest, but definitely thorough. Friendly & competent staff & clean & comfortable environment. I've gone several times, I recommend this place.
