Victoria is the worst. She was extremely rude when I asked for help finding a size for a dress. Victoria made me very uncomfortable, She gave me a death stare when I asked her if there was another color in the dress. I would give this location zero stars if I could. The store was a mess. They have no employees to help.
I went in to exchange sizes over Memorial Day weekend, the store was certainly busy but that did not stop Victoria from providing a 10/10 service. She quickly helped me find all the items and even ordered the items that were out of stock in store to be delivered to my house. During the exchange process I discovered she is the store manager, she clearly leads by example as the other store associates were just as helpful and friendly. Bought a pair of swim trunks very quickly before spring break for my 12 y/o. Noticed they were damaged and was going to return them after being away for spring break. Came to the store on the 31st day to return and they wouldn’t exchange and said they’re policy is 30 days even for damaged items. What a joke. No wonder the store is going under.
