I recently requested that Abend Services replace my sump pump, and I could not be more pleased! The price was very reasonable, and they were able to schedule the work quickly. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Jessica in the office was incredibly kind and helpful, making the scheduling process a breeze. Wonderful experience with Abend Sevices. I was checking and going to call several places but once I spoke with Jessica, I knew this was the place. Then Dave (plumber)came and explained everything to our understanding and satisfaction and did a fantastic job! I can't say enough about the service and if other employees are like Jessica and Dave then I would rate them top-notch!!
My mother-in-law had Abend Services replace piping and was very happy with their experience, efficiency and impeccable customer service. We needed to have a leak fixed so we decided to give them a call.The plumber they sent, Richie, was very thorough and knowledgeable!!! Abend plumbing service is definitely a 5-star company. I came home from out of town to no hot running water and Abend was able to service it the same business. In addition, the tech - Dave K.- was very professional. He arrived early, explained the diagnostic thoroughly, and provided me several service options that best fit my needs. My hot water was working again in no time. I would definitely recommend this company and they will be my 1st call for all my plumbing needs going forward.
