The guy they have working the window is incapable of doing his job correctly. He's disrespectful the entire time and get the order wrong half the time. Make him work in the kitchen.
bad customer service ,The lady at the window was Was very rude and wouldn’t it refund me my order when she got it wrong and sounded like I was a problem at the at the intercom and she was rushing me the whole time and was ignoring me when she had my mom‘s phone she wouldn’t give it back we asked three times for her to give the phone back and she was like OK we’ll give the phone back when you give the food back and I’m pretty sure it’s not It’s not even legal to have someone’s phone.
