I have always been terrified of chiropractors. However, Dr Abel's gentle approach as well as her vast knowledge of the human body has completely changed my mind. I have had lower back discomfort for two years that I attributed to being pregnant and over 40. I figured it would eventually improve. With one adjustment I have not had any discomfort since.
