I’ve thought long and hard for a full year and a half about writing this review. This doctor has ruined my life; cost me my job; and I have become close to losing my home. Raissi performed a FDL Transfer and a Calcaneal Osteotomy. I had no idea that he was going to cut my heel off or else I would have never consented to such a procedure at age 70.
