I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the experience I’ve had regarding my retainer. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and despite calling three times the week of May 26, I was repeatedly told it wasn’t ready. I was informed it would be available by Monday, June 2. At no point was I notified that the office would be closed the entire week, which has caused even more inconvenience. I went there today for the first time, and I met Dr Abdelkader and his staff. The place was immaculate, clean, and friendly, and the doctor was charming. He tried to help me get in and out quickly and help solve my needs as quickly as possible. I will definitely be returning as a patient. He made me feel very comfortable, and he was very warm. The entire staff was friendly and comforting. I didn't feel rushed. In fact, it was a speedy process from the moment I walked in till the moment I left.

if they are not pulling a tooth they want they are disregarding and unhelpful they are tooth hungry every time I've gone in they pushed to have my wisdom teeth, which I've never had any issues with, to be pulled and even wouldn't do my teeth cleaning that I initially went in for
