I love ABC. The staff are always sweet, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable which I love. The reasons why I come here as often as I do is because of the vet. She is so caring towards my animals needs and never makes me feel like a bad parent. The customer service is outstanding from the doctor all the way to the amazing front office staff.

We have been coming to the ABC Vet office in Kearny Mesa for almost 5 years now. A part of why we continue coming back is becuase of two of your technicians. Our 5 year old lab, Bad Betty was hit by a car in March 2012 and after several surgeries, we needed to bring her in for daily foot wraps so we got to know the staff extremely well. Just got a puppy on the 27th of December. I chose to go to ABC vet because they are within walking distance (but there are 2 others that are also)...So my real deciding factor was their great reviews on yelp...from you other fine people....and their prices are very competitive, if not better than the others around town.
So my First visit....new puppy, 24 hours + of diarrhea...AHHH!!! OH No I thought waking up to loose puppy poo again!! I already had a full day scheduled, Furniture delivery at 11:30, work at 4 till close...I was really worried that she would have to go another full day, BUT ABC to the rescue!! I called, first time client, never been there before, the receptionist was extremely accommodating & in agreement that we needed to get the puppy in today! GREAT THING: As long as your animal is up to date on their yearly exams & healthy, they will just take them back for quick vaccines, and you don't have to pay for an office visit every single time you go in...This is really going to help me out considering I have the whole course of puppy shots to run over the next 16 weeks!)
