I had a confirmed ultrasound appointment today at 12:30 PM. While I was waiting, another woman arrived and stated that her appointment was at 1:00 PM. Shockingly, the staff allowed her to go in before me, completely disregarding the schedule. When I questioned this and made it clear that my appointment time was earlier, a receptionist spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
