Hagerstown store it much better. Everytime I go to this store people are BS’ing with contractors for extended amounts of time while you just stand there. Plus lack any product knowledge. Hagerstown store is drastically better unfortunately
This company is not dependable! On more than one occasion my orders have been not ordered, not correct, or very delayed without notice. This company may not be insufficient all the time but 3 out of the 4 times that I have went there have resulted in undependable and inadequate business! Hopefully your business there turns out better than mine. I can not afford to lose more clients due to incompetence!
If you absolutely have to go to abc go anywhere but the one on Langston Blvd! If you own or run a business you will definitely lose clients due to inefficient business practices!
1 STAR is a higher rating than this company deserves! Do not go the the company on Langston Blvd, Falling Waters, WV! They have messed up several orders that we've put in. They have NO RELIABILITY, even the manager doesn't know what he's doing. He put in an order that was written down and not only ordered the wrong material, then the order was not put in when it was bought so it wasn't delivered on time delaying our projects and costing us to lose not only clientele but also the dependability of our business.
