Great on the money on time
Had a major issue with a shipment. No fault of ABC. Pennie took ownership of the problem and solved it quickly. She is a credit to the organization. First trip we stood in the showroom while three people doing nothing never even looked at us. Second trip the lady at the counter wasn’t to bad. The dock worker at door 4 was very rood. Never spoke only pointed to get me to help load the box and sign the ticket. Mumbled something when he handed me the ticket then walked away. Not a nice place.
