This store lost the communication towards the customer over the past 10 years. The service is not the same . Inside the office doesn't feel right a least for me. That energy from the past is gone, there's no appreciation anymore, there's no welcoming none of that. A group of hostile and unprofessional working at their showroom. Sadly, Marco still behaving like a caveman. The corporate office must train their representatives to be more humane and fewer despots.
