Delivered a truckload of product. The had me unloaded in 20 minutes just like the guy told me. Very nice and respectful people.
Well, I guess I didn't look the part because the overweight, bald, Caucasian man sat there at the desk, watched me walk in and never acknowledged or greeted me. Never spoke. He sat there the entire time. That's fine. They won't get a red cent of my money and I will be sure to let everyone I make contact with needing a roof know about my experience. I will let my contractor know he can get what we need elsewhere even if it costs more.
This ABC Supply story is by far the worst one I have been to in all of there stores I have delivered too. Sat there for over 3 hours with no other delivery trucks waiting. Then when I am unloaded the the person unloading my trailer said he was hitting the side of the trailer to let me know I was done. I had my truck running because it hit outside and was upset that he had to drive his forklift to come sign the paperwork. If could give a negative 5 star review I would. My mother came here to buy siding on a few occasions. The prices were nice and the customer service was exemplary. The staff was courteous and helpful. They even delivered siding to our house when we ordered quite a bit of it. The price for siding and other related materials was cheaper than Lowes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to buy siding in bulk and on demand.
