Long waiting for truck drivers . Don’t delivered here or wait 6 hours. No respect for truck drivers
For how busy this business is i wish they had a 4x bigger lot size to make things smoother and safe for truckers to pull in and park but they making it work. Tip to getting unloaded quicker is that you gotta show up a little before 7am so you’re the first one. I was 3rd truck and took them about 2hours to get me out of there on Friday which is fair and i was able to pick up another load. Their manager will open the door for you if he's nearby, like you are a ballerina LOL No restocking fees on returns. Excellent service! Five star+
Worst company I’ve ever delivered to. They have no respect for a truck driver’s time. We called a day in advance to let them know we would be delivering the next day, yet they still kept us waiting with no sense of urgency. We ended up waiting there from 8:30 am to 2:30 PM on Friday, and because of their delays, our truck got stuck there over the entire weekend. If you’re a carrier or driver, be prepared for delays.
