RecommendedClean !! Towels and disinfectant available for personal use and lots of it ! So much space and I as a healthcare professional can appreciate that !!! I feel safe, not to mention this killer workout I just had ❤️❤️ the variety of machines is insane !! ❤️❤️ so thankful for the opening ....now my family may just find happiness 😂 (referring to my HAPPY mood 👊🏼🤘🏼😍)

By far the cleanest most sanitary fitness complex in all of NYS and possibly the United States. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are knowledgeable and inviting. I've been to many gyms and fitness complexes but ABC is by far a step above the rest. Family owned and Operated.
I love that the gym is open 24 hours most of the week so I can exercise at 3am. The owners are extremely helpful and support their community. I look forward to returning when they reopen.

I have been a member since August 2014. Go nearly every day. The staff is wonderful and the General comraderie is uplifting and inspiring.
this place is more than just a gym.... it fits every level of individual out there. World Class and beginner Powerlifters, BodyBuilders of all levels... silver sneakers crowd and even a room for beginner lifters
