Best gym around - hands down!! Matt, Mary, and the ABC Crew are seriously the best! ABC has always been the cleanest gym I’ve ever belonged to and that was even prior to COVID-19. Matt and Mary are also the most Charitable individuals that I can think of. They are always helping others or holding events to help support the community, whether it be the Mr Moe Project or the Special Olympics Albany Spartans’ team, the ABC family is always ready to support the cause. Best gym in the area. Nothing compares
Let me just say WOW you guys got it all under control with sanitation. I felt no concern or worries. Everyone had mask on correctly. It’s so clean . I didn’t realize how much I miss all the machines. ABC .....you guys are absolutely amazing.
It’s been 10 yrs since I have been in this gym. Amazing all the changes. I was so concerned about going back to the gym with Covid-19.
