I visited the ABC storage and the lady at reception had arrogant behaviour and rudely communicated with me, after I asked to provide the details of what do I need to fill or what’s the requirements of hire, she had no idea of how to respond, she was like she never been asked this kind of questions, I just said no thanks this is not for me. I prefer to pay extra for at least treated with respect and clarifying the contract clearly instead of going blind. I just mentioned little bit, but it was much worse than that.
Very straight forward, and hassle free. Prices are great and I have access to my container during the day when I need it.
Easy access with good long hours. Reasonable prices and friendly caring staff. Containers are clean, nicely lined and ventilated and the site is secure.
