Unfortunately ABC Restoration failed to honor completing a change order for a bathroom remodel job in Dayton Tx. They left the sink inoperable causing further damage to the home and didn't respond to phone or text when requested to return to make repairs. We were out traveling when the big freeze of 2021 hit the I-10 Texas/Louisiana/Mississippi corridor. All the southern bridges across the Mississippi River were impassible/closed to traffic so it took a couple of days to return home to frozen pipes. Nearly every room on the first floor was flooded. ABC was quick to get the broken pipes fixed, tear out everything affected, replace floor and baseboards, repair sheetrock, paint and make everything good as new! ABC Restoration Services has done a wonderful job each time they have done work on my home. Their employees are always on time, courteous, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend ABC Restoration Services for all of your repairs and construction needs.
Do not Use ABC restoration. It took their company 8 months to finish my shower and no shower doors. They cannot or do not install them. What's worse they used greenboard for my shower area then later learned they are supposed to use hardiebacker. Their estimator is unprofessional and is dishonest. When I let him know I was not happy with their untimeliness or work he became irate and stepped in my face and yelled at me in my own home. I had to have them come back and redo some areas. Phil was the Project Manager at our house. He and his crews completed the repairs need to move into our house quickly and efficiently. We were able to finish ahead of schedule which we greatly appreciated!
Avoid this company at all costs!!! I cannot stress this enough!! Save yourself the grief! I hired ABC after my home flooded during Harvey, my 1200 sq ft house got 2’ of water and it took them 10 months to even come close to finishing it. Ten months of phone calls, emails, text messages asking and begging someone to please work on my house. Weeks would go by with no one showing up to work. This company started tearing out my sheet rock from Harvey November 2017 after having to redo everything that was done (ie: re-floating the sheet rock, re- painting the walls, re-hanging the cabinets, etc) they finally finished May 2, 2018. They did not hire people that knew what they were doing. I will not use them again.

This job was received as a result of Hurricane Harvey. As many contractors know, there was a shortage of labor due to the insurmountable demand in the Houston area. This was a full house remodel that required several revisions to the estimate before the home owner would agree and accept. We tried, to the best of our ability, to uphold the utmost customer service fixing any concerns the customer had, keeping her informed, and completing the job to her satisfaction.
It was a great company to work with. We had a lot of water damage during the Harvey flood and contracted ABC Restoration to do our water mitigation / demo and build back and they did a really great job. Really affordable and great management and team. Would recommend to anyone.
