While it is not great to be a homeless pet, if you are one, Humane Society of Tampa Bay is the place to be! It is a bright, sunny, happy place where the pets are treated as individuals, given enrichment, and cared for meticulously until they find their new homes.
Other then the wait, cause I went in as a walk in . I loved the place and the staff were great . And prices are very affordable.
The vets are always helpful and friendly. They are very busy and work really hard.
The staff was very patient and encouraging during this whole process. The kennels and animals (I only looked at the dogs) were very clean (kennels considering) and well kept. I HIGHLY encourage that if you are looking for an animal companion or another companion if you already have one, go here instead of buying from a pet store. Dr.K is amazing and the vet tech Ben is also amazing. I have 3 puppies and they were amazing with them had me laughing. I will always ask for them when I set my appointment from now on.
Dr. Justin and Dr. Konda are the best. I got bad news with my cat, Max, and they were more than supportive and accomadating. Also kudos to Katja, who is outstanding.
