My experience has always been good. I'm very patient even when it's 30-45 min past my appointment time by when I finally left and got home I find the wrong medication in the bag. So the next day I have to drive all the way back up into town to get the proper meds. There goes my day off and the fuel in my big truck. What a waste, the front desk should double check the bags before letting people leave.
What a helpful and wonderful group of people! They took the kittens we found and tested them for Feline Leukemia and Aids and they passed. They are going to place them in foster homes until 8 weeks and then place them up for adoption. Thank you for a positive and joyful experience.
Sweetest adoption staff! They helped me find my two furbabes. They really love and care about these animals and give excellent advice and guidance when deciding on adopting your newest addition �
I adopted my dog about a year and a half ago.. The people there were amazing and we adopted Woody he was a black lab mix the best dog I have ever enjoyed. I wish I could remember the ladies name that did are paper work she told us we were getting a special dog and I would like to thank her she was a 100% correct he is perfect
When I finally received care, everything was okay. However, I had a 9:45 appointment and did not go into a room until 11:15. Once I was in a room I sat there for 35 minutes waiting on SHOTS and a quick checkup for a cat I'm fostering. I heard hearing people behind the counter say they only had 2 doctors on staff that day, but if I had been told that prior, I would have rescheduled as I had a job I had to cancel because of running so late at the appointment.
