Called THREE times regarding part needed. Husband and I wasted 3 hours of drive time and gas to find out that the car and part must have been destroyed and computer wasn’t updated. That was after we walked ourselves and tools all the way around the place looking. Maybe the right hand should know what the left hand is doing. It was disappointing and very aggravating.
