We are using them for all of our pest control services, and we added for the termites. David was excellent and actually returned to explain everything to my husband. Carrie and Larry were here today to start our services and they were so professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to and work with, WE are sooo pleased we choose them. They have done a great job on our plan where they come out quarterly to spray outside. No spiders or bugs of any kind. Finally, in 2018 we found we had the flying termites. They treated the house for them. Then, in the fall of 2019, I put the house up for sale, had an offer and discovered we had the flying termites in the bathroom. They were amazing! Excellent service! We have used this company for over 13 years. I only needed to have a callback once before during all that time for a problem with ghost ants.... no other issues. I requested a callback again today for ghost ants. They were at my door today in less than 2 hours to correct the problem. Great office staff and technicians!
