ABC of Largo Florida is run by *******, Senior Director of Operations. The man lacks any integrity, honesty or professionalism. He lacks knowledge of his products. ABC was unable to find the access points of rat entry into the home but later A/C repair man easily identified access points. They used dcon and denied that it had a second pass of the poison to raptors. Communication is severely lacking and commitment to customer satisfaction non existent. It appears the father ran the company better than the son.

The customers’ statement that we used D-Con (active ingredient Cholecalciferol) is widely available in any Big Box store, pharmacy or online has never been used by our organization. Very professional and surprisingly caring. They explained everything before treating our home. Can I give them 7 starts? Thank them for a job well done. Showed up on time; finished the job early and accommodated our schedule.
I purchased a service for German Roaches because the house I recently purchased had a few carcasses, then live ones were found. Spent around $400.00 for 3 months worth of treatments. The technician that came out the first time was VERY rude. Thought he was just having a bad day.. nope. Two more treatments and I was still seeing germans. I had my husband call to see if we could get them to honor their contract, got the run around per my husband. ABC weed & pest control. Worst lawn pest & weed control I have ever had. I have more weeds than I ever had. After a few months of complaining I said I didn't want them to continue service. They said I signed a contract for 12 months. I should have read contract better. They made me pay $276 to get out of contract. Beware if you ever are dissatisfied, you will have to pay cancellation fee.
I have had the quarterly outdoor service for the past 6 years without complaint. In fact, the previous owner's daughter, Megan took excellent care of us. That has all changed once Mark ***** passed. The last visit in March they sent someone new. He scheduled a Friday afternoon and I was home since I unlock our screen porch and ask them to treat the porch.
