I’ve been taking my girls to Dr. Rizo since we moved to this area. She takes her time to listen to my concerns and explains medical options available. Waiting time is about the same as most places so no issues there. The staff is very friendly and stays on top of your appointments with automated voice calls the day before and personally calls you the day of your appt! I highly recommend ABC pediatric! Dr Rizo is an outstanding pediatrician who always treats my kids with much care and respect. The staff are also very delightful. I receive outstanding service every time I visit. I feel extremely welcomed all the time and I am very pleased with them.

ABC Pediatrics has proven to be a very professional and caring facility. Dr. Rizo is devoted to providing quality and compassionate healthcare to her patients. I am very grateful to her for the care she has provided my daughters.
Appointment times? WHO CARES! You'll be waiting a minimum of an hour PAST your appointment time just to be told by your doctor that "something is going around". You are a number and not a patient, they don't care, all they want is your insurance money. Also if you do not speak English you are frowned upon. My daughter has been suffering for years and Dr. Rizo kept saying it is something going around. I went to a different doctor finally and guess what they did???
