My 3 year old needed a lot work done and had never been to the dentist. After a lot of prayer we decided to go with Dr. Jackson. She was a blessing in many ways as well as Lisa, who works in the office. From the first phone call to the surgery and after we were respected and cared for. Dr. Jackson took the time needed to get permission to see my daughters teeth and brought peace to mom and dad as well. My one year old daughter was seen in the office of Asheville Pediatric Dentistry, due to a fracture in one of her very first teeth! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this was going to be the perfect place for her to receive care and treatment for her tooth. The Dr. and hygienist were very informative and were wonderful with my daughter! We are glad we chose Asheville Pediatric Dentistry to take care of our daughters teeth!
My son has not had good experiences with other dentists. He has anxiety which makes going to the dentist worse. The dentists at Asheville Pediatrics have been so kind and patient with him. They have explained everything to me and gave me options. I am going to start bringing my daughter to them for dental work/cleanings as well. Thank you for being so wonderful!
Dr Jackson completed a restoration today for my 2 year old. It looks absolutely fantastic and he's up smiling, laughing, and eating comfortably this evening. I am extremely pleased with her fantastic work. Both of my children have always been treated so well and the staff has been amazing. We love our dentist!
There is nothing routine about a visit to Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is wonderful.
Going to the dentist can make anyone anxious. Aside from the team being so compassionate that anxiety would not last very long. The care is awesome which leaves the results awesome.
Our latest visit was exceptional as always from beginning to end. It blows my mind how every staff member can be positive,calm and sweet with such consistency. Emily had her routine visit with X-rays and cleaning this time. X-rays are not her favorite thing to do even with the amazing job by Asheville Peds. Afterwards, Dr. Jackson asked her if she had fun, not knowing what a blunt truth teller my 6 year old can be! I am very pleased with the service and care from the staff. My 2 yo had to have her front tooth worked on since she chiped it and the staff was very accommodating and even sang to her so that she would feel calm.
My children have been patients of Dr. Jackson for several years. We have always received excellent care and wonderful advice. Dr. Jackson is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I always feel that she has my children's best interest in mind, and explains all options for care, not just the most costly option. In addition to Dr. Jackson, the entire staff at APD is terrific!
