First time visit to a dentist with my 3 year old and it was a great experience for her! Staff is amazing! Erica helped us with her appointment and insurance, above and beyond. Rachel and Dr. Jackson we're so sweet with us! The "frog place" was a hit with my child when I thought it would be the opposite. Very thankful for them!

My daughter Rachel just turned 9 and had to have braces in front. She loved everything from start to finish. She was relaxed the whole time and all the staff was super friendly and helpful.They explained everything easily and thoroughly including billing. I highly recommend them to anyone whose kids may be nervous.

We loved everything about Asheville pediatric dentistry. The staff were careing, sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. We had Ella as our hygienist and just loved her. She was fantastic, super gentle and answered every specific question I had. Dr Jackson was simply amazing in her skills and how she set my daughter at ease. My son recently saw Dr. Hardaway and she was fabulous! She is very thorough with her exam and helped put my son at ease when he started getting nervous. Her assistant Teri was equally wonderful with him. Our experience at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry was excellent!
From the moment you walk in the door until the second you leave this office makes you feel as though you are part of the family. I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else! They are knowledgeable not only about dentistry but also about insurance benefits and scheduling. Great job guys, keep up the excellent work!
First impressions are everything! We were greeted by the most friendly staff ever. They were so sweet to my little girl and made her feel so comfortable. I was able to stay with her during the exam and they explained everything that was going on in her mouth and provided options for the best treatment she needed. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit!
I wasn't sure what to expect since my son challenges me daily with teeth brushing, but the level of patience was outstanding! Everyone was so calm and understanding and just kept trying new techniques. He had a great experience. One of the techs even held my one year old when she got fussy so I could focus on my son. The office, staff and doctor was beyond compare! Thank you!
