We came in for a three month check. Thankfully, we were in, out and back in the car in fifteen minutes! Wonderful visit, as always.
I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Jackson and her staff at Asheville Pediatris Dentistry. My son has been seeing Dr. Jackson since 2008. Prior to that, my son was terrified of dentists because of traumatic experiences at other offices. Dr. Jackson was so kind & caring from the start that she eased the worries of both my son and myself. Plus, I completely trust her skills when it comes to assessing & working on my son's teeth.
We have been bringing our daughter to Asheville Pediatric Dentistry for three years and we love them!! The office staff are always friendly, respectful and have a smile on their face. The office is decorated in such a playful yet professional manner. The dental assistants put my child at such ease and Dr. Jackson is amazing. She is friendly and takes care of my child while checking her teeth. I would highly recommend this dentist office for your little ones!
Dr. Jackson has the best bedside manner of any medical professional I have ever encountered. She is incredible with kids and grown ups alike. So thankful to have my daughter under her care!
I have three children who just love going to Dr. Jackson's office! I can't say enough about her friendly, patient, child centered staff! Dr. Jackson is always warm, gentle. Her suggestions very helpful, and I appreciate her educational, preventative approach. Each of my 3 children have different needs, and all concerns are addressed in a personal, thorough manner. I wish my childhood dentist's office was like this!

This place is fabulous! The atmosphere is adorable and warm with monkeys and fun stuffed animals hanging around. And the staff is terrific with my little girl. We love this place. I wish I could get my check ups there.
Our first visit to Dr. Jackon's practice and I was totally impressed. The staff was pleasant, helpful and engaging with my children. Dr. Jackson was wonderful! Before examining their teeth she spent time getting to know my children (their interests & personalities). Dr. Jackson was very thorough with every aspect of their health. She also told me that I could call her with any concerns. It was refreshing to see Dr. Jackson's genuine care & compassion for my children!!
It is always great to visit this office! My son is special needs and although he gets frustrated the staff is very calm and caring.
