I did not think anyone could help me I have credit issues with a very low down payment BUT Thanks to JOI ALLEN who remained positive and followed through with her promise to help me get in a car if I drove in to the dealership. I WAS IN AND OUT WITH IN 2 hrs it would’ve been faster but we was to busy laughing and talking. Very friendly staff and GREAT SELECTION OF VEHICLES! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED GO TO JOI!!

So jw how they consider this is a mechanical issue??? Pics below I bought a 2005 Mercury Montego about 2 years ago, im still making $410/ monthly payments on a BROKEN down lemon!!! You tell me how my whole sub frame rotted off my car while i was driving it???? You all only sell P.O.S cars!! Expect to hear from a lawyer on my behalf shortly! FYI the location i dealt with was Bedford and i almost walked out multiple times while purchasing this LEMON because of the unprofessional staff.
Today I walked into ABC motor credit of Tallmedge and met a nice lady named Debbie Hawk. She's an amazing person and got me into the car I was looking for. All the people there are polite and awesome. Was in and out in a short time and on the road. Thank you Debbie Hawk for everything and the people of ABC motor credit.
