Employed here for 5 1/2 years and we love serving our communities and the handicapped with quality equipment and white glove in home services .
Excellent service to reasonable prices. I like the passion of the owner for this business. The location is a bit hidden, but there is a lot of parking space behind the building.
Price gouging handicapped people!!! Takes advantage of the disabled!! He was renting carts at Long Beach convention center during the Fred Hall fishing show at over double the previous company’s rate from last year knowing the disabled have NO other choice!!! Owner is rude And only cares about money!!! Don’t give him a dime!!!!!!!! I am a single father on disability and he ripped me off an extra $25!!!! Disgusting!!!! Stay away from this company!!!!
I experienced poor service, inferior products, poor attitude, and no compassion for the disabled. Beware of this company. I purchased replacement batteries for my scooter. I was told there was a 1 year warranty at the time of sale. Only 4 months later, they died. When I contacted the company, they gave me the runaround and ultimately refused to honor the warranty. When a mechanic from another company came out to service my scooter and replace my batteries he informed me that I was sold an inferior product. I will never again... read more
Great service and a fantastic product. They gave me exactly the type of scooter I needed at a fair price. The scooter was in like new condition and ran well. I will be recommending ABC Mobility to anybody I know who needs it.
