I wish you could give a company NO STARS!! They are the worst company to deal with. They are constantly trying to rip me off. First My monthly payments were not lowered when I met my insurance deductible. Now I have finished paying off my machine and they are still taking my monthly payment out of my account. And NO ONE from billing will take my calls. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I am going to find their corporate office and get my money back!!!!! And I will NEVER use them again!!!!

They actually deserve no stars! I was told I had the best insurance and my machine was covered. After going back once because the mask didn t fit correctly, I decided this cpap was not going to work for me. It was returned. I get a bill because the lady in the office tells me that I have to rent this machine for 15 months before I own it. I was never told this info!! Now I have an outstanding balance of \$138 for a machine that I no longer use! They sell you a bill of goods!
