I called ABC Lock and Key because they had the highest ratings. I was in panic mode. The lady reassured me this happens all the time. I asked about payment. She gave me the option to either pay before he got to my place or wait until after he was done. She gave me a quote. Decent price. She answered all my questions. Very easy process. ABC Lock & Key has installed PDL1300 on two of our office buildings. They programmed our ProxCards Access. Yasir responds quickly to his customers. He was here within an hour when we had an issue with one of the door locks sticking. It was a quick job and we were back up and running in less than 10 minutes!
I needed a locksmith to let me into my home after I had locked myself out on a freezing, rainy Saturday. They responded to me immediately and had their crew out to me in 10 minutes! Excellent service! Arrived within 30 minutes of my call and had it open within 10 minutes. Their technician apologized possibly two or three times for it taking longer than normal. I have very dark tinted windows. When I asked him why he was apologizing, (he did it way faster than I thought he would be able to) he said it took him a little bit longer because he didn’t want to scratch the car. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need a locksmith!! Thank you!!
Me and my family went on a trip out of state and got my purse stolen which had my car keys in it . On March 5th we got to the airport and had abc lock and key meet us there and make the key for my Prius which wasn’t an easy task. We were there for almost 3 hours and they got it done for us ! I came back today to get my key carved and they even gave me an extra key . We can’t thank them enough for being there and being so professional and super polite . I Would recommend them to anyone!
