After viewing the great tv advertisements, I needed pest control and pool services. The steps to getting there was simple and kind. The people on the phone were quick and nice, I was able to schedule a salesman to come out the next day with a free estimate. He was a very friendly salesman who made me feel safe and able to trust them. The service was then perfect and eliminated the bugs as well as keep my pool in great shape!!!
They literally saved my house from a termite infestation that another pest control company missed. The technician was friendly and efficient. Nothing but nice things to say about ABC. I will be a loyal customer for life.
Our representative Jorge Lopez goes out of his way to ensure quality service. He always refers another technician with expertise if he cannot help out but it never feels as if he's passing along information. He does all he can to help. He even created a flyer during termite season to let us know what to expect and how to deal with it.
The ease of scheduling an appointment and the professionalism of the workers. My service is still ongoing but I expect to be well pleased.
