Mr. Gerbino came in and checked all traps on the first visit. He stressed that if I heard any activity, I should not hesitate to call him on his cell. The next morning, I heard a "snap" from the trap and a rat squealing and struggling to free itself. I called Mr. Gerbino at ABC and he arrived within an hour to investigate. The trap had captured two critters at once. He cleaned and reset the trap. About 30 minutes later, same trap went off. Dorian is our inspector and he is outstanding. I can always count on him to be there when we expect him. If we ever have an issue, I call and he shows up. He is a joy to talk to and very professional. We appreciate ABC but even more, we appreciate the service provided by Dorian. He is certainly an asset to your company. Thank you!

I have to tell you, Juan Curro (hope I got it right) was a wonderful person. He did a great job, was informative, went over all he did with us and a very pleasant person. If all of ABC's employees are like him and you it must be a great company. You may pass this up the ladder if you would like to. Thanks for a job well done. Now we just hope the results are as good.

I had great service from John, landscape designer. John was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us pick the right plants for our yard, and actually bring life back into both our front and back yards. We now enjoy our home more than ever. I also like their heat / AC systems maintenance service. Billy will not try to make you believe that parts need to be replaced unless they actually do.
