Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, it was comfortable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Yes, it is very conveniently located Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
