I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS RECEIVED WHEN THE SPOTS ON MY RUGS WERE ELIMINATED BY DYEING THEM. BILL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. HE MADE THE BLEACHED OUT SPOTS DISAPPEAR AS IF IT WAS MAGIC. MANY PEOPLE TOLD ME IT COULD NOT BE DONE, BUT THE PEOPLE AT CHEM-DRY ASSURED ME THAT IF ANYONE COULD DO IT.....IT WOULD BE BILL.
