Alex and Todd just finished cleaning my carpet and area rug and they look like brand new! The area rug was under the kitchen table and I had considered getting a new but no need. The guys were friendly and accomodating on this 90 degree day. They came a little earlier but called ahead to check if it was okay. I will definitely call Chem-Dry in Utica NY again.

We had Todd clean our boat carpets. What an awesome job and Todd was incredible and worked with us and worked really hard to get some bad spots cleaned out! Great guy! Will call back to get our home done by him also! Thanks, Todd!!
They are courteous and professional, however I had them here to strip & seal my slate floor. The cleaning was good but the sealer they put on was not correct, it left a sticky residue. They came back and cleaned it again but they had no sealer to put on, so I had to go to the hardware store and purchase something else myself to put on. They also left a round stain on my new driveway that I cannot get off.
I have a dog and have been using Chem Dry for over 15 years. It's the best for carpet cleaning. Alex does a wonderful job and I request him each and every time.
ABC Chem Cleaners ruined my sofa and chair. The service provider was extremely rude and unprofessional. The company did not apologize for the damage and has been very uncooperative with addressing any reimbursement. I do Not recommend using this company to clean your furniture.
