Awesome service! Richie was extremely thorough. We rescued a dog who had urinary tract issues and urinated in multiple places over a 3-4 month period before we had corrective surgery. Once he was in better health, we had Chem-Dry clean our carpets and used the urine treatment in certain areas. Richie spent a very long time carefully finding all of the affected areas and treating them.
