RecommendedI had excellent customer service over the phone when ordering a few days ago. When I arrived to pick up the cake I was greeted by the employees who were friendly and helpful. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and worth the money for sure!!!! It was a Cars Movie Lightning McQueen cake. Everyone at the party could not believe how awesome it was- seriously it was that gorgeous. Thank you for a memorable 5th birthday for my son.

I've never been to this bakery before. A couple of my friends spoke highly about it and so I went in for a last minute cake for a birthday. I picked a chocolate cake in the display and got it personalized quickly. I also bought a carrot cake cupcake. Pretty fast service despite being busy. When I got home, I was happy how good they tasted. The chocolate cake was not overly sweet and very soft/moist. The carrot cupcake was perfect to me; not overly sweet and the right amount of spice. Pretty disappointed in my recent experience. I wanted to have a custom cake done, but the staff didn't seem to understand and when I asked to speak to the cake artists they didn't allow it. They used to be great, but they aren't what they used to be.
