They made our wedding cake. They did a horrible job. The center was all crumbled and the supports were horrible our cake topper fell off and messed up the top layer. The owner proceeded to cuss his employees out on the phone where our wedding guests could hear it. And the cake was still being fixed while our reception was going on. Also the cake was missing a lot of details we paid for. Horrible customer service for the most important cake. VERY disappointed we will never go again !!

Best bet is to take your money elsewhere.
An Absolutely hateful business. They do not value their customers whatsoever. So unprofessional and charged me over $700 for a very poor presentation of a cake. When asked if the “wedding consultant” (who is supposed to be a baker for your wedding cake) even touched the cake, he replied he wouldn’t answer the question. Still no call from the owners. I was so excited to order my babies first cake and received the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered .
My mom used to get some of my birthday cupcakes here when I brought in treats for the class. They do have some beautifully decorated cakes and cupcakes. However, the last few times I've attended events where ABC cupcakes have been served, the cupcakes were decorated with fancy designs and pearled sprinkles, but the frosting was a little off. It was dry and either too sweet or not enough flavor at all, and most of the cupcakes had been left behind. Presentation is everything. (And P.S. they do have biscochitos)
Love the cookies but I was the only one in there just now and counted 5 employees and not one employee said anything to me or even acknowledged my presence. I guess better luck next time.
