had a very bad toothache. they got me in same day and did my crown. front staff and dr vo are very nice. will be coming back for more treatment

I'm glad I chose this place. I was there with my son, and Dr. Vo and his team made our experience very pleasant and comfortable. Front staff wrre friendly and professional and treated us with respect and understood what we needed. I'd refer this place to anyone especially with kids.
Wow - after reading your one-star reviews I'm just appalled. PLEASE make this right with the people you have wronged. Everyone makes mistakes, but your mistakes are frighteningly awful and need to be addressed by more than a facebook fake apology like the one found in Tamsyn Mansfield's review. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING by this poor woman!!
I had an appointment today with Dr Vo and I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist. I went in with a pretty severe toothache, I left fully informed of the work I needed done to my teeth and he was even able to get me out of pain today! Him and his staff were more than helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. I will refer all my friends and family to this office!
I would advise everyone to avoid this dentist having heard the appalling way my friend Tamsyn Mansfield has been treated here. They operated on the wrong tooth, made a series of other mistakes, and are now refusing to refund her money despite not doing the work she paid for. It is shocking how a company can behave so dishonestly. Go elsewhere for your dental work.
Much as pleasant staff are important, particularly when patients are afraid, treating the correct tooth or at least accepting responsibility for mistakes when they are made is far more important to me. For this reason I will be looking elsewhere.
Upon Tamsyn Mansfield’s review about the “service” and procedure performed on the wrong tooth, which you promptly said was her fault (?!), at your office, I think I’ll be sticking with my wonderful dentist. It is shameful the way you have handled your office.
