ABC 12Tree did a great job for me TWO times. First after hurricane Irma came through I had a badly damaged a tree on my property and this summer when I had to have a huge Elm taken down. The staff worked through one of the hottest summer days here and then when the work was compete they went across the street to do work for my neighbor. From start to finish Bill and the team at ABC 1-2-Tree were fantastic!! We were disappointed after a bad experience with another tree company, but ABC made up for it! While we were sad to see two massive trees leave the yard of our new home, we are relieved to know there's no longer a risk of them crashing through our roof or one of our neighbors' roofs. The scope of work (trimming back branches) that we needed didn’t make sense to move forward with ABC 1-2tree, however David S (Gen Mgr) was very knowledgeable and informative about the tree and county requirements. Ex. I had no idea the tree I wanted to remove was a protected species. He made suggestions if we wanted to do it ourselves or have a guideline of what the cost should be is we hired someone. Had this company clean up several trees today. The trees are now beautiful again, the yard spotless and they were even kind enough to make sure a bird bath I had in the way was moved so it didn’t get damaged. Crew was efficient, polite and on time. I highly recommend this company.
These guys are pros from start to finish. Our call for help was returned in minutes and the crew was at our home in less than an hour on a Saturday morning to begin working on a huge limb that had fallen on our house. Turned out this limb was also the home of a huge colony of bees, but the guys were prepared and dealt with the situation quickly with so much professionalism. What a great group to deal with. Very professional, quick and tidy. Tree was trimmed, 4 others removed including the stumps in no time. Very happy with their work and will definitely use them again when needed.
