Ordinarily we love Abby's, but disappointed in several things at Newport location. First it took several minutes to get our Spuds, & they were lukewarm... and no dip sauce. I had to go & ask for the ranch dip. Despite it being almost empty of customers, it took at least a half hour for our small pizza. Looked like there were 3 employees, but they seemed busy talking. Good food, poor service.

It was very very good... loved the salad bar. We compared it to Chico's Pizza in Moses Lake. It doesn't get any better than Chico's. Thanks Abby's.

Ordered 4 all you can eat salad bars and went through one time. They cleared out everything but lettuce and dressing. We waited. When I asked to be reimbursed for the difference between one trip and all you can eat the girl was really smart with me. They were standing around visiting instead of doing their job. I was not reimbursed and left really angry. Pretty poor service if you ask me.
Omg! I love Abby’s. Especially when I go to the one here in Newport, Oregon. It’s home for me as I grew up here on the Coast. I really felt for the employees today though. Being Memorial Day weekend, it was so extremely busy. I just wanted to get up and help. � But the staff busted it and all worked well as a team and got through it! ���

Ordered salad bar and very disappointed! Big core pieces of lettuce, wilted pieces of letuce. Ordered one trip to salad bar amd given very small plate. Just not what it used to be.
