Excellent work, but their phone number often errors out so they're actually impossible to get a hold of. When you need glass repair, they're one of few places left in the city that you can turn to and they're the best. If they had a better phone system, or replied to emails, they'd get 5 stars.
Excellent customer service, competent technician, great quality work without breaking the bank. I would absolutely recommend their services. Shane was very responsive, qualified, polite, and professional.
Ordered two annealed glass table tops. Owner was very accommodating and advised on best options (not most expensive) for our needs, and followed up as promised. With no coupons or gimmicks, his price was 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the four other local glass / bath glass businesses I called and two online companies (even with their "free shipping").
