Decent property for the price. Not much in the way of ammenites
Daughter and husband live there and are very happy with the rental
Rent is WAY overpriced for the quality of these apartments as well as the quality of management. Abby North is the red headed stepchild of Wise Properties. $1100 a month and I constantly have packages stolen and management has never responded to my emails about it. There’s never any parking at night. Nobody picks up their dog poop. There was a homeless person sleeping underneath the stairs in the stairwell for about a week before anything was done about it. Drug deals abundant, cars and package room gets broken into frequently, no security cameras, paper thin walls, grass is never cut. Good location, but not the best quality apartment. When we moved in the floors had construction dust and paint all over it and we spent no less than 20 hours total trying to get it clean (which never happened) Mail system is disorganized and packages consistently placed in the wrong location or getting lost. Would not live here with kids.
