Rent is WAY overpriced for the quality of these apartments as well as the quality of management. Abby North is the red headed stepchild of Wise Properties. $1100 a month and I constantly have packages stolen and management has never responded to my emails about it. There’s never any parking at night. Nobody picks up their dog poop. There was a homeless person sleeping underneath the stairs in the stairwell for about a week before anything was done about it. Drug deals abundant, cars and package room gets broken into frequently, no security cameras, paper thin walls, grass is never cut. Good location, but not the best quality apartment. When we moved in the floors had construction dust and paint all over it and we spent no less than 20 hours total trying to get it clean (which never happened) Mail system is disorganized and packages consistently placed in the wrong location or getting lost. Would not live here with kids.
Lovely apts, couldn’t ask for a better location, neighbors are very respectful. It’s appealing from the naked eye but once you actually live here it’s not really worth it. Cars get broke into, maintenance only come to take out the single trash bin which fits a 50lb trash bag. The drain for the parking lot is clogged every time never cleaned. Nice and modern apartment, great location, and very sweet leasing agent. However, moving in there were LOTS of issues (hot water heater leaking and not working, shower not working) and move-in had paint and flooring unfinished. Construction dust STILL covers my shoes daily from the stairwells and hallways. Elevators for heavy lifting would have been a great thought in design.
